SHIPPING & CANCELLATIONS

 
Thank you for choosing Nanu's Letters! We're excited to send you a personalised letter that sparks imagination, creativity and wonder. Please find the details of our shipping and cancellation process below:
Shipping Policy
 
1. Shipping Location
We currently only offer shipping within Australia.
 
2. Shipping Schedule
All letters are shipped on the 1st of each month. For the very first order, we will ship as soon as possible after your purchase to ensure you don't have to wait for the 1st.
 
3. Processing Time
Once your order is confirmed and payment has been processed, we will prepare and ship your letter on the 1st of the month (or sooner for your first order). Please allow between 3-5 business days for us to process your letter before it ships.
 
4. Shipping Method
We use standard postal services to ship all letters. The specific carrier may vary depending on your location. Rest assured, your letter will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
 
5. Shipping Cost
The price for shipping is on us! We offer free shipping for all orders within Australia. No additional shipping fees will be added to your order at checkout.
 
6. Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery times typically take 5-7 business days, depending on your location. However, please allow extra time during peak seasons or due to external factors such as weather or holidays.
 
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice any mistakes in your shipping details, please contact us immediately for corrections.
 
8. Lost or Damaged Items
If your letter is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve any issues. If you have not received your letter within 14 days of the shipping date, please email us at nanusletters@outlook.com, so we can investigate and assist you further.
 
9. Shipping Policy Changes
Nanu's Letters reserves the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.

Cancellation Policy

No Returns or Refunds
All purchases made through our website are final. Once payment has been processed and the order has been fulfilled, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to changes of mind, incorrect orders, or dissatisfaction with the letter.
We encourage you to carefully review your order before making a purchase. By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy.
 
Exceptions
In the unlikely event that a letter is defective or does not match the description provided, please contact us at info@nanusletters.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and may offer a solution, such as a replacement or store credit, at our discretion. If the letter is confirmed to be faulty, we will work with you to resolve the issue in a fair and efficient manner.
 
Order Changes
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes to it, including changes to the delivery address, content of the letter, or quantity. Please ensure that all details are correct before completing your purchase.

This subscription automatically runs each month until cancelled.
